Pop star Michael Jackson dead

"Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon and paramedics were unable to revive him. We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back," the entertainment site said.

There was no official confirmation of the reported death and spokespersons for Jackson could not be reached for comment.

Earlier, the Los Angeles Times said that the singer had been rushed to a Los Angeles-area hospital by fire department paramedics who found him not breathing when they arrived at the singer's home.

The newspaper said paramedics performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation at the scene before taking him to the UCLA Medical Center hospital.

Jackson had been due to start a series of comeback concerts in London on July 13 running until March 2010. The singer, whose hits include "Thriller" and "Billie Jean," had been rehearsing in the Los Angeles area for the past two months.

The shows for the 50 London concerts sold out within hours of going on sale in March.

Jackson started out as a child star in the band "The Jackson 5" more than 40 years ago.

He has lived as a virtual recluse since his acquittal in 2005 on charges of child molestation.

There have been concerns about Jackson's health in recent years but the promoters of the London shows, AEG Live, said in March that Jackson had passed a 4-1/2 hour physical examination with independent doctors.

Stress and Astma

These past few months, I've been very prone to asthma attacks. It's,like I've been having it twice or thrice a week. It made me worried and I have to do something about it. There are several factors I have considered why I'm having these regular attacks and I think the major factor is stress. Yes stress. I then made a research about my, well maybe i may call it sickness. My issue here is stress and asthma.

I'm now trying to find ways how to deal with stress. Specially in my nature of work. I'm now a year and 8months working on a graveyard shift and it really affects my health. And another source of my stress is taking care of my super hyper son. Woot! That's something I have to deal with everyday and it really take the toll out of me.

I'm Gay

I never did saw Lambert performed on American idol cause I never had the chance to watch it. And I heard my friends say that Lambert's gay though i never heard or read on the news that he admitted it. But finally, Adam Lambert confirmed his sexuality in the new issue of Rolling Stone. The American Idol runner-up says; "I don't think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear that I'm gay. I'm proud of my sexuality." And adds, "I embrace it. It's just another part of me."

Lambert admits that he was nervous about coming out while Idol was still on the air because contestants are under a media embargo, and he wanted to do it on his "own terms." (He also says producers were open to him handling it however he wanted to.) "I was worried that [coming out] would be so sensationalized that it would overshadow what I was there to do, which was sing," Lambert tells the mag. "I'm an entertainer, and who I am and what I do in my personal life is a separate thing. It shouldn't matter. Except it does. It's really confusing."

looking all new

running active again! weee! i was just looking at my blog earlier and known immediately that my blog needs a MAKE OVER! Yes. And so without second thoughts about it, I started working on it. I kind of getting tired looking at it and so here she is in front of your eyes. All looking fresh and new. but i still have a lot to work on though, i think. I want to monetize this. An extra income would be very helpful. but i still need to learn through it though. i need help.
