Stress and Astma

These past few months, I've been very prone to asthma attacks. It's,like I've been having it twice or thrice a week. It made me worried and I have to do something about it. There are several factors I have considered why I'm having these regular attacks and I think the major factor is stress. Yes stress. I then made a research about my, well maybe i may call it sickness. My issue here is stress and asthma.

The exact reasons for this are not fully understood, but emotional states such as anxiety and stress can trigger asthma attacks in some people. I'm now trying to find ways how to deal with stress. Specially in my nature of work. I'm now a year and 8months working on a graveyard shift and it really affects my health. And another source of my stress is taking care of my super hyper son. Woot! That's something I have to deal with everyday and it really take the toll out of me.
